Generate and qualify enterprise pipeline through targeted outbound outreach and inbound lead qualification. Conduct account research, perform discovery calls, pass well-prepared meetings to Account Executives, use phone/email/social outreach, and maintain accurate CRM-driven pipeline hygiene and activity reporting.

Own end-to-end onboarding and ongoing success for Midmarket and Enterprise accounts. Build multi-threaded relationships, monitor account health, execute retention and upsell strategies, lead renewals, escalate and resolve critical issues, translate client feedback to product, and contribute to CS playbooks and client-facing content to drive adoption and Net Revenue Retention.
