Design and develop embedded firmware for microprocessor- and microcontroller-based security products. Build RTOS and bare-metal systems, optimize embedded architectures, and write efficient C/C++ code. Collaborate with hardware, software, and QA teams on integration, testing, debugging, and validation. Apply hardware debugging tools, ensure compliance with embedded development standards, and stay current with emerging firmware and microprocessor technologies.

Owns end-to-end Agile delivery of access control, visitor management, and intrusion products. Coordinates engineering, product, QA, supply chain, compliance, vendors, and contract manufacturers; manages schedules, sprints, risks, dependencies, releases, and stakeholder communications. Facilitates Scrum ceremonies, tracks capacity and velocity, maintains Jira plans and risk registers, and ensures release readiness, quality, and timely delivery across distributed teams.

Lead technical pre-sales engagements across Central Europe for cloud, hybrid, and on-premise physical security solutions. Responsibilities include solution architecture, product demonstrations, technical workshops, Proofs of Concept, deployment models, architecture diagrams, bids and tenders, partner enablement, and customer cybersecurity questionnaires. The role requires strong PACS and VMS expertise, broad infrastructure knowledge, consultative selling skills, and the ability to support customers and partners across diverse European markets.
