The role requires visiting broker partners three days per week and collaborating with internal sales, marketing, product, and risk teams.

The role identifies and onboards new lender partners, manages existing relationships, maintains the sales pipeline, monitors market trends, tracks performance, ensures regulatory compliance, and collaborates with operations, underwriting, and marketing to drive revenue growth and client satisfaction.
