Build and operate production web applications across PHP, Laravel, Node.js, React, and Next.js. Design APIs, CRM integrations, automation workflows, databases, and secure infrastructure. Administer Linux servers and containers, implement CI/CD, testing, monitoring, disaster recovery, and layered security controls. Own delivery from design through deployment, maintain comprehensive documentation, collaborate with cross-functional teams and clients, and track reliability, performance, quality, and cost metrics.

Design and develop e-learning courses, storyboards, videos, and interactive modules using instructional design models (e.g., ADDIE). Collaborate with SMEs, produce multimedia assets, revise content from feedback, and ensure materials meet quality and organizational goals.

Executes high-volume inside sales activities from prospecting through closing, manages assigned client accounts, develops pipelines, converts inbound and outbound opportunities, and supports account growth and retention. The role uses calls, email outreach, sales cadences, targeted campaigns, solution-based selling, and Salesforce CRM documentation while coordinating with internal teams and achieving sales targets.
