Manage motor insurance policies and claims from initiation through resolution. Process high-volume Australian and New Zealand payroll transactions, including employee changes, timesheets, leave, deductions, entitlements, and terminations. Triage payroll queries, maintain digital records, support reconciliations and reporting, follow compliance procedures, identify anomalies, and recommend process improvements. The role also requires accurate data entry, employee and manager support, and occasional mentoring of colleagues.

Processes vendor invoices and employee reimbursements, performs three-way matching, reconciles vendor statements, resolves payment variances, maintains supporting documentation, and responds to accounts payable inquiries. The role requires accounting experience, strong Excel and ERP skills, process improvement capability, and familiarity with BPO or shared services environments.
