Executive leader responsible for enterprise merchandising and retail execution operations, including logistics, field execution, training, talent acquisition, sales operations, technology, governance, financial performance, and workforce planning. Develops operating strategy, integrates functions and systems, manages budgets and P&L, strengthens client and retailer partnerships, drives service quality and continuous improvement, and leads senior teams across geographically dispersed operations. Oversees safety, compliance, risk management, technology adoption, analytics, and scalable operating standards.

Manages client trade systems, reviews contracts, audits events, resolves exceptions, and reconciles deductions and customer requests. Tracks open deduction balances, reports on KPIs, supports documentation and SOP updates, and collaborates with sales, shared services, and cross-functional teams to ensure trade investment accuracy and financial settlement integrity.

Serves as a strategic HR advisor and primary HR contact for assigned business units and senior leaders. Partners on talent management, organizational development, employee relations, coaching, mediation, compliance, change management, and HR program delivery. Uses workforce data and analytics to identify risks, guide decisions, and measure impact. Leads complex HR initiatives, facilitates communications, supports business strategy, and ensures effective delivery of HR services while maintaining compliance with employment laws.
