Handles customer order issues from receipt through resolution, updates orders and pricing in internal systems, monitors dashboards and alerts, investigates rules engine issues, escalates unresolved problems, maintains documentation, and supports replenishment processes. The role requires strong communication, organization, problem-solving, data-entry, and order-management skills, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office.
