Lead the evolution of Acorns' Payments and Billing infrastructure, managing relationships with vendors and driving operational efficiency in financial systems.

Support global employee lifecycle by executing onboarding/offboarding, processing employment changes, and maintaining accurate Workday records. Conduct data audits, assist reporting requests, support I-9 and right-to-work checks, coordinate cross-functional stakeholders, submit background checks, track tasks across Asana/Slack/email, and escalate issues to management. Ensure compliance with SOPs and handle confidential employee data with discretion.

Partner with Head of Product to improve product org efficiency, build strategic planning and roadmap frameworks, ensure unified roadmap data integrity, coordinate cross-functional delivery, lead executive reporting and Monthly Business Reviews, and manage vendor relationships and product team budgets to eliminate operational bottlenecks.
