Leads mechanical engineering teams developing robotic and automated products with multiple powered degrees of freedom. Responsibilities include system architecture, mechanical design, fabrication, testing, engineering analysis, system integration, and design for manufacturing. Manages cross-functional projects, budgets, schedules, deliverables, resource planning, and client relationships while coordinating engineers across offices.

Designs and analyzes complex mechanical and electromechanical products, particularly robotic and automated hardware, from concept through production. Leads interdisciplinary projects, defines requirements and hardware architecture, develops detailed designs, performs engineering analyses, tests prototypes, and interfaces with vendors. Provides technical leadership and mentorship, collaborates with industrial design and UX/UI teams, supports project planning, and prepares production documentation and technical reports.

Design and develop complex electromechanical products from concept through production. Responsibilities include defining requirements, creating detailed mechanical designs and documentation, conducting engineering analyses, collaborating with industrial design and UX teams, coordinating vendors, testing prototypes and first articles, and managing project activities. The role requires experience with molded, sheet metal, and machined components, SolidWorks, production documentation, regulatory requirements, and hands-on shop or laboratory work.
