Develop business cases, assess risks, model current and future processes, document technical requirements, and support solution design. Mentor and develop Business Analysts, manage stakeholders, collaborate with technical teams and suppliers, and promote effective delivery through Agile and other frameworks. Use SQL and Excel for analysis and maintain detailed project documentation covering systems, data flows, integrations, and configurations.

Build statistical and machine learning models for insurance pricing, risk-cost prediction, and profitability analysis across motor insurance products. Conduct data analysis, develop segmentations, monitor performance, improve pricing models, and implement innovative pricing solutions. Present technical insights to senior stakeholders and contribute to the pricing roadmap.

Build and maintain responsive web applications with React, Next.js, and TypeScript. Collaborate with designers and backend engineers, contribute to component libraries and design systems, monitor frontend performance using Sentry and PostHog, write tested maintainable code, participate in reviews, and contribute to continuous improvement within a collaborative hybrid team.
