The Clinical Director will oversee operational management, provide clinical oversight to staff, ensure quality service delivery, and engage with client treatment plans in an ABA setting.

Lead clinical operations and quality for an ABA center, providing supervision and oversight of BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs. Manage scheduling, execute clinical policies, deliver trainings, conduct performance evaluations, and maintain a reduced caseload. Collaborate with families and administrative teams, participate in hiring, and ensure evidence-based, data-driven treatment. Handle sensitive HR issues and attend leadership meetings.

The Clinical Director is responsible for overseeing the delivery of behavior analytic services, managing staff and operations, ensuring quality of care, and conducting staff training.
