Lead clinical operations for an ABA clinic as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst: manage staff and scheduling, oversee treatment integrity, provide clinical supervision and reduced direct caseload, conduct trainings and evaluations, collaborate with families and administrative teams, participate in hiring, and drive service quality and growth initiatives.

Lead clinical operations for ABA services: supervise BCBAs/BCaBAs/RBTs, manage scheduling, policies, hiring, trainings, and performance evaluations; maintain a reduced caseload delivering evidence-based ABA treatment; coordinate with administrative teams and Regional Clinical Director; handle sensitive HR matters and ensure treatment integrity.

Provide ABA clinical leadership: conduct assessments, develop and oversee behavior intervention and treatment plans, supervise behavior technicians, monitor data and progress, train staff and families, collaborate with schools and caregivers, and represent best-practice ABA across settings.
