Provides administrative and operational support for an ABA clinic, including facility coordination, inventory and supply ordering, compliance documentation, audit tracking, backup scheduling, family and staff communication, and confidentiality management. Supports the Clinical Director, promotes a positive clinic culture, resolves administrative discrepancies, and helps maintain an organized, safe, and operational clinical environment.

Leads clinical operations and quality initiatives for an ABA treatment center. Oversees BCBAs, BCaBAs, and RBTs; manages scheduling, treatment integrity, staff and caregiver training, performance evaluations, hiring, employee relations, payer coordination, and a reduced clinical caseload involving direct assessment and treatment of clients.

Lead clinical operations for ABA services including supervising BCBAs/BCaBAs/RBTs, executing policies, training staff and caregivers, managing schedules and hiring, maintaining a reduced caseload, ensuring evidence-based treatment, and collaborating with administrative teams to support quality, compliance, and client outcomes.
