Prepares, organizes, and files tax documents accurately and on schedule. Maintains tax records, enters financial data into tax software and spreadsheets, supports tax audits, monitors compliance requirements, and coordinates with finance and tax teams to gather filing information.

Manages general ledger and tax accounting activities, including reviewing journal entries, reconciling balance sheet accounts, supporting month-end and year-end close, preparing financial reports and audit schedules, and assisting with tax filings and audits. Ensures compliance with accounting standards, internal controls, and revenue codes while coordinating documentation with cross-functional teams.

Develop and execute recruiting strategies for commercial roles across Southeast Asia. Source and assess candidates, conduct interviews, manage hiring pipelines and stakeholder expectations, close senior candidates, negotiate compensation, support onboarding, maintain recruiting metrics, and build strong candidate relationships. The role also supports broader HR tasks and promotes the company’s employer reputation in a fast-moving ecommerce environment.
