Owns the architecture and development of a scalable, multi-country billing platform. Leads data engineers while writing production code, designing data pipelines and pricing engines, enforcing engineering standards, and ensuring accounting, tax, revenue recognition, and ERP integration compliance. Responsibilities also include team hiring, coaching, performance management, and technical design reviews.

Lead technical direction, solution architecture, engineering delivery, and team development. Partner with Product and business leaders to define practical solutions, make architectural trade-offs, manage technical debt, and ensure security and performance. Guide implementation through code reviews and prototypes, improve CI/CD and automated testing, oversee production readiness and incident resolution, and coach, hire, and manage engineers.

Leads a creative team delivering brand marketing collateral, campaigns, presentations, and communications projects. Manages workloads, timelines, budgets, quality, client expectations, and cross-functional collaboration. Reviews creative work for brand consistency, develops briefs and campaign concepts, coaches team members, and improves creative processes. The role also requires hands-on graphic design, motion graphics, video, presentation design, and proficiency with Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office.
