Leads product vision, strategy, lifecycle execution, roadmaps, launches, partnerships, and market expansion. Manages product managers and business development professionals, collaborates with marketing, sales, engineering, and support, and uses market, customer, competitive, and internal data to guide decisions. The role also oversees budgets, forecasts, resource allocation, product adoption, team development, and external stakeholder relationships.

Owns the technical health, architecture, evolution, and hands-on implementation of an enterprise Salesforce platform. Designs scalable solutions using Apex, LWC, Flow, integrations, APIs, events, and enterprise architecture patterns. Leads troubleshooting, root-cause analysis, technical reviews, code quality, CI/CD, testing, security, observability, and release practices. Mentors Salesforce developers and communicates technical tradeoffs to business and technical stakeholders without formal people-management responsibility.
