Provides daily hotel front desk service and helps create an exceptional guest experience. Responsibilities include supporting hotel operations, assisting with dining reservations and restaurant hosting, helping with guest room readiness and inspections, supporting laundry operations, maintaining front desk cleanliness and organization, building guest relationships, and collaborating across departments. The role also supports team training, workplace standards, safety, and hospitality policies while working weekends and holidays as needed.

Supervise front-of-house operations, lead and train staff, maintain guest service standards, oversee cash handling, inventory, ordering, cleanliness, safety, compliance, opening and closing procedures, and operational documentation. The Supervisor supports staffing, labor budgeting, sales forecasting, POS administration, policy enforcement, and issue escalation while promoting an efficient, profitable, and positive hospitality environment.

Owns full-cycle accounts payable, accounts receivable, fixed asset accounting, sales tax compliance, and month-end close activities across a restaurant portfolio. Supervises accounting staff, reviews reconciliations and journal entries, maintains accounting procedures, supports payroll and intercompany accounting, and ensures accurate, timely close packages for Controller approval.

Lead HR strategy and team for a hospitality company: oversee employee relations, performance management, talent acquisition, training, compliance, compensation and benefits, HR metrics, and culture initiatives. Act as strategic advisor to executives and develop programs to improve engagement, diversity, and operational HR processes.

The Tasting Room Associate is responsible for providing friendly service, taking orders, processing payments, and ensuring customer satisfaction in a fast-paced environment.
