Provides resident support, responds to inquiries, assists with leasing and administrative tasks, coordinates community events, supports property upkeep, and contributes to marketing, social media, and local outreach efforts.

Oversee multifamily residential community operations, including staff hiring and supervision, resident and vendor relations, leasing renewals, budgeting, rent collection, maintenance coordination, inspections, apartment turnovers, marketing, reporting, evictions, and Fair Housing compliance. Partner with the Regional Director to achieve occupancy, financial, property condition, and resident satisfaction goals.
