Manage daily delivery operations and dispatch for up to 40 drivers: schedule and assign routes, oversee fleet and morning prep, monitor safety/telematics (Cortex, Netradyne, Mentor), coach drivers, handle on-road incidents and rescues, maintain policies and efficiency, and perform occasional driving/rescue when needed.
