Teams at ACLU of Georgia

Interns will research Georgia election laws, voter access challenges, election data, proposed legislation, and civil liberties issues. They will draft policy memos, monitor legislative and governmental meetings, and support the Local Election Advocates and Defenders program through newsletters, training presentations, and related materials. The role requires strong research and writing skills, attention to detail, and in-person work with some remote flexibility.

Summer legal interns will conduct legal research, draft memoranda and potentially briefs, and support the ACLU of Georgia’s public interest litigation activities. Interns must commit approximately 40 hours weekly and work in person at the Atlanta office Tuesdays and Wednesdays, with remote work permitted on other days.
