Collaborate with marketing, PR, buying, customer insights, design, photography, videography, and external agency teams.

Leads the Product Operations portfolio, overseeing governance, quality, compliance, supplier performance, product lifecycle execution, systems, sourcing strategy, transformation initiatives, and cross-functional integration. The role drives operational excellence, regulatory adherence, supplier partnerships, tender governance, continuous improvement, and strategic business outcomes across a retail product environment.

Plans and manages merchandise business plans for Kids or Intimates portfolios in a value-retail environment. Responsibilities include forecasting, assortment planning, replenishment management, merchandise information analysis, profitability and growth tracking, and project plan execution. The role requires knowledge of the retail merchandise cycle, logistics, store planning, seasonal replenishment, and the South African clothing market, along with strong numerical, analytical, organizational, communication, and collaboration skills.
