Lead and govern the site deviation lifecycle, driving investigations, root cause analysis, risk-based impact assessments, CAPA linkage and effectiveness verification. Provide quality oversight, ensure GMP and data integrity compliance, maintain trending and reporting, support inspections and audits, and enable continuous improvement across GxP operations.

Serve as single point of contact for assigned external CMOs to oversee GMP compliance and quality performance, implement QMS, coordinate audits and lifecycle changes, manage product launches, escalate complaints and adverse events, and maintain cross-functional communication with suppliers and internal teams.

Lead end-to-end demand planning and commercial supply chain for Egypt: develop 36-month forecasts, align supply plans with commercial objectives, lead monthly S&OP, optimize inventory and logistics, manage 3PL relationships, ensure OTIF and customer service, mitigate supply risks, drive process improvements and digitalization, and coach a high-performing planning team.
