Supports budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, accounting, tax compliance, receivables, inventory control, profitability analysis, distributor P&L reviews, and internal controls. The role investigates cost and margin variances, reconciles sales and inventory data, manages local financial statements, analyzes operating expenses, and contributes to management presentations and finance improvement initiatives. It requires close collaboration with commercial, supply, accounting, and finance teams in Baghdad.

Leads the Gulf-region Gastro business, owning sales, profit, market share, portfolio strategy, product launches, omnichannel marketing, and P&L performance. Develops annual and long-term plans, adapts strategies using market and competitive insights, evaluates expansion opportunities, ensures regulatory and medical alignment, and leads cross-functional teams. The role also establishes KPIs, develops talent, drives compliance, and delivers sustainable commercial growth.

Manage all legal affairs for Egypt region, support business and Headquarters Legal, act as company secretary where applicable, draft/review/and negotiate commercial and regulatory agreements, advise on corporate governance, support BD/M&A, monitor legislative developments, maintain contract repositories, and implement risk-mitigation processes and training.
