Lead a 30-60 engineer organization, define and execute engineering strategy for major product lines, own end-to-end delivery and budget ($2M-$5M+), drive architecture, quality, velocity and reliability, build leadership pipeline, partner cross-functionally, and present to executive leadership while driving AI-assisted development and engineering transformation.
