Candidates should have demonstrable 0->1 experience and quantifiable outcomes in Product/Growth/Design/Tech, be available as freelancers, work from the Amsterdam office at least 2 days/week, and hold valid Netherlands work rights (no visa sponsorship). Success profiles show clear ownership and shipped MVPs, GTM results, or first paying customers.

Candidates must have 0→1 startup experience with measurable outcomes, be available as freelancers, work hybrid from Amsterdam (≥2 days/week), and hold valid Netherlands work rights. Profiles are collected for future short- or long-term studio assignments across functions like Marketing, Growth, Product, and Tech.

Lead product discovery, validate user needs, define MVP and roadmap, work with designers, developers and data engineers to build and test the product, run user testing and prioritization, recruit and lead the product team, and co-found and scale a venture within the studio.
