Builds a vetted freelance talent pool of hands-on early-stage (pre-seed–Series A) professionals for startup roles (Sales/Growth, Marketing, Product, UI/UX, Tech). Candidates must be available as freelancers, deliver 0→1 outcomes, work from Amsterdam office 2 days/week, and hold valid Dutch work rights (no sponsorship).

Lead product discovery, validate user needs, define MVP and roadmap, work with designers, developers and data engineers to build and test the product, run user testing and prioritization, recruit and lead the product team, and co-found and scale a venture within the studio.
