Set roadmap with a Product Designer and Lead Engineer, use data and experiments to drive engagement, improve milestone detection and automation, ensure global localization and HRIS integrations, partner with enterprise customers, and mentor other product managers.

Lead architecture and implementation of scalable analytics, reporting, and AI-driven data intelligence capabilities. Own end-to-end services, drive technical direction, mentor engineers, ensure operational excellence, and collaborate with product and design to deliver secure, high-performance, maintainable solutions using cloud-native and data-platform technologies.
