Lead design and implementation of foundational platform components (authentication, API gateways, interservice communication, caching, shared libraries). Mentor engineers, drive cross-team alignment on architecture, own features end-to-end, improve developer experience, and ensure high availability, performance, and security while shipping frequently and modernizing core systems.

Develop and produce multimedia learning assets including video, e-learning modules, and supplemental job aids. Collaborate with designers and SMEs, apply accessibility best practices, perform QA, and support customer-facing training engagements across live, on-demand, and blended formats.

Own customer adoption and success for the Achievers recognition platform: set KPIs, run trainings and workshops, manage implementation and post-implementation adoption, drive upsell/cross-sell and revenue pipeline, run business reviews, handle escalations, and ensure contract renewal readiness.
