Lead and execute Deal Desk operations for new business, expansion, and renewals. Manage pricing, discount approvals, contract structuring, and complex deals while partnering with Sales, Legal, Finance, and Customer Success. Drive process improvement, automation, documentation, reporting, and enablement. Act as SME, escalation point, and mentor to analysts to increase deal velocity, protect margins, and scale deal desk capabilities.

Build and maintain platform services for user lifecycle and HRIS integrations that process millions of records. Design, implement, and operate scalable, reliable microservices, APIs, and event-driven systems using cloud and container technologies. Contribute to design and code reviews, troubleshooting, migration from monoliths, estimation, and mentoring junior engineers.

Design, develop, and maintain backend microservices for reporting, analytics, data export and data-driven features. Collaborate with product, data, and engineering teams, implement APIs for BI tools, ensure data quality/governance, participate in design reviews, mentor junior engineers, and support agile delivery.
