Manages a portfolio of regional foundation partners and school-based grants, including proposals, reports, grant spending, deadlines, donor communications, and Salesforce tracking. Coordinates with schools, finance, accounting, and internal teams to ensure accurate grant administration. Supports donor events and school visits, maintains grant documentation, and helps strengthen fundraising processes and relationships.

Leads strategic HR partnership across a charter school network, advising leaders on workforce planning, organizational design, employee relations, performance management, compliance, and change management. Oversees employee relations resources, develops manager capability tools and training, manages performance review cycles, monitors HR metrics, and ensures compliant, equitable people practices across New York, Connecticut, and Rhode Island.

Leads school safety across a charter-school network by developing emergency and crisis-response protocols, training staff, supporting schools during incidents, coordinating safety audits and corrective actions, maintaining emergency plans, managing safety budgets, and ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local requirements. Serves as liaison to law enforcement, health departments, districts, and internal teams. The role is hybrid in Connecticut with regular travel to network schools for walkthroughs, trainings, and site support.
