The Senior Associate of Accounting oversees payroll recording, reclasses, intercompany activity, grant revenue recognition, reconciliations, consolidations, budget-to-actual reporting, AP aging, audits, and regulatory compliance across multiple charter school entities. The role prepares consolidated financial statements, payroll reconciliations, functional expense allocations, and state reporting. It collaborates with FP&A and school operations, maintains accounting processes, and supports year-end close and audits.

Lead K-8 humanities instructional vision, manage senior content leaders, oversee curriculum and HQIM implementation, set assessment strategy, design PD, and support schools to drive student achievement across the network.

Leads special services across multiple schools, coaching school-based leaders and improving supports for students with disabilities, multilingual learners, and intervention needs. Responsibilities include classroom observations, professional development, data reviews, program planning, IEP and legal compliance, funding support, family and agency collaboration, and coordination with regional and school leadership. The role requires daily travel among school sites, frequent communication with compliance offices, and strategic expansion of special education services.

This role involves supporting school systems, operations, talent management, finance, and communications within a nonprofit organization focused on educational equity.

Lead design and implementation of K-4 elementary math across the network through curriculum management, data analysis, teacher coaching, professional development, classroom observations, and coordination with school leaders to improve student outcomes and ensure consistent program execution.

Lead design and execution of the middle-school (grades 5-8) math program across multiple schools: set program vision, develop curriculum and professional development, coach and observe school leaders and teachers, analyze student data to drive improvements, and coordinate core instructional systems to increase math achievement at scale.
