Provide comprehensive psychoeducational assessments, develop evidence-based interventions, support MTSS/RTI, collaborate on IEPs, offer individual/group counseling, and partner with educators and families to support students' academic, behavioral, and social-emotional needs.

Lead daily operations of recreation programs for children and adults with disabilities: manage staffing, logistics, safety, family engagement, budgeting, and community partnerships. Recruit, train, supervise staff, support special events, and maintain compliance and incident reporting to ensure safe, high-quality participant experiences.

Support classroom teacher and interdisciplinary team to create structured, engaging learning environments for students with special needs. Provide academic assistance, behavioral interventions, and activities of daily living. Collaborate with teachers, therapists, behavior staff, and families while responding to students with patience and respect.
