Support Continuous Improvement projects by analyzing business goals, gathering and analyzing data, updating process documentation, creating process maps, recommending process improvements, estimating costs/benefits, assisting issue resolution, and helping launch new initiatives across operational business units.

Lead quantitative analyses of loan originations and portfolio performance to identify credit risks and improvement opportunities. Build multivariate/predictive models, conduct diagnostic and funnel analyses, measure costs/benefits, design monitoring and controls, present recommendations to VP-level stakeholders, and drive hands-on implementation using SQL, Python, Excel, AI tools, and financial modeling.

Review physical and electronic client documents, scan and upload to correct accounts, perform fast-paced data entry, update client information, submit service requests, collaborate across departments, and protect sensitive client information.
