Manages and develops a team of mortgage advisors by setting sales goals, monitoring KPIs, ensuring regulatory compliance, maintaining activity reports, and improving productivity. Coaches advisors on prospecting, discovery calls, applications, underwriting standards, and sales performance. Partners with sales leadership and internal support teams, delegates work, provides feedback, and drives process improvements. Requires active NMLS registration and applicable state mortgage licenses.

Evaluate applicants’ financial, credit, and property information for mortgage eligibility; educate clients on HELOC products and application requirements; assist with mortgage applications; operate loan origination, CRM, credit, and related systems; and maintain consistent communication with applicants, prospects, and vendors throughout the process. The role requires reactivating an NMLS license and obtaining additional state mortgage licenses.

Reviews creditor documents, researches and updates account information, contacts creditors by phone and email, processes authorization and power of attorney requests, and ensures accounts are prepared for debt settlement. The role requires accurate account disposition, multitasking across workstreams, meeting productivity and accuracy metrics, and completing special creditor research projects.
