Owns wholesale business development for Achieve’s debt relief platform, sourcing and closing independent sales organization partnerships. Responsibilities include market mapping, prospecting, executive relationship building, pitching, deal structuring, contract negotiation, and coordinating partner handoffs with Legal, Compliance, and Operations. The role also provides market intelligence and strategic recommendations to leadership while representing Achieve at industry events and conferences.

Manages end-to-end audits, regulatory examinations, and due diligence requests. Coordinates with business partners, regulators, and auditors; reviews responses for accuracy; tracks remediation of regulatory findings; monitors regulatory changes and action plans; identifies and escalates risks; and contributes to compliance reporting. The role requires strong communication, organization, project management, judgment, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple engagements under tight deadlines.

Lead product design for consumer acquisition and zero-to-one financial products. Own prequalification, AI-enabled acquisition, partnership, and debt-solution experiences while optimizing engagement and conversion. Drive research, rapid prototyping, experimentation, high-fidelity design, and production specifications. Partner with Product, Engineering, QA, Data, and executives to shape strategy, mentor contract designers, and evolve scalable design systems across multiple concurrent workstreams.
