Sell and promote life, health, annuity, membership, and financial services by developing leads, preparing proposals, closing sales, and meeting production goals. Maintain product knowledge, complete required applications and compliance documentation, collaborate with branch partners, assist underwriting, and provide ongoing customer service and follow-up to maximize referrals and persistency.

Handle complex insurance defense litigation from pleadings through trial and appeal. Manage discovery, depositions, motions, trial strategy, settlement negotiations, client communications, and mentor junior attorneys. Apply insurance, tort, and Michigan no-fault law; use litigation management systems and collaborate with experts.

Manage complex Michigan Personal Injury Protection (PIP) claims from intake to resolution, including coverage analysis, investigation, valuation, negotiation, payments, subrogation, and referrals. Handle catastrophic injury, MCCA, and attorney-represented claims; document files in claims management systems; collaborate with insureds, attorneys, treatment teams and case managers; perform travel and in-person inspections as needed.
