Teams at ACG

Handles complex employee relations cases, investigates complaints and conflicts, advises managers on performance and discipline, reviews terminations for legal and policy compliance, and develops ER initiatives, reporting, and training. The role collaborates with HR Business Partners, supports employment claims, reductions in force, unemployment processing, and H1B immigration processes. It also mentors team members and may represent the company in employment hearings.

Leads claims process improvement initiatives, including requirements gathering, workflow redesign, data analysis, cost-benefit evaluation, project oversight, system implementation, change management, business readiness, training, and performance tracking. Partners with claims leadership, technology teams, vendors, and cross-functional stakeholders to resolve complex operational issues, improve efficiency, meet regulatory requirements, and deliver measurable business outcomes.

Supports claims operations through mail research and routing, data entry, document processing, claim assignment, customer calls, inspection-line triage, police report ordering, invoice payment, file retrieval, check processing, and recovery-task updates. The role requires accurate recordkeeping, adherence to detailed procedures, organization, basic math, and effective communication while working primarily remotely with occasional office or team-related travel.
