The role is onsite and requires physical work in an automotive service-center environment.

Participate in a leadership development program preparing candidates to manage a Car Care Center. Rotate through customer service, sales, operations, financial performance, staffing, and employee development. Responsibilities include managing daily operations, monitoring profitability, recruiting and coaching employees, resolving customer concerns, enforcing safety standards, and partnering with regional leadership on personnel decisions. The role is onsite and involves standing, walking, and lifting automotive parts and equipment.

Sell life, health, annuity, membership, and financial services products through consultative sales and lead development. Build member relationships, generate prospects, prepare proposals, close sales, achieve production goals, and provide follow-up customer service. Complete applications and sales reports, maintain licensing and compliance requirements, collaborate with branch, underwriting, and brokerage teams, and support cross-selling. The role is primarily office-based with limited travel for community events and occasional irregular hours.
