Design and implement ABA programs tailored to children with autism, mentor Behavior Technicians, and track progress through data collection and collaboration with families.

Lead high-volume recruiting for Behavior Technicians nationwide: source, engage, and nurture entry-level candidates; partner with clinical teams; build local pipelines via campus and community outreach; represent ACES at events; manage candidate flow and ATS; and make hiring decisions aligned with role requirements.

Provide ABA services by designing and implementing individualized programs, supervising and mentoring behavior technicians, collaborating with families and clinicians, tracking client progress using data collection tools, and contributing to cross-functional care teams.
