Lead ACES’ de novo and acquisition expansion strategy by evaluating markets, sites, and acquisition opportunities; developing investment recommendations; coordinating cross-functional launches and integrations; monitoring post-launch performance; and building scalable expansion playbooks, processes, tools, and performance frameworks. Partner with Clinical Operations, Finance, Talent, Growth, Real Estate, and other leaders to drive successful market entry and site launches.

Design and implement individualized ABA programs for children with autism and developmental disabilities. Collaborate with families and clinicians, supervise and mentor Behavior Technicians, and use data collection software to monitor progress and update treatment plans. The BCBA ensures high-quality care, supports staff development, and contributes to a collaborative clinical team.

Evaluates ABA treatment quality and client progress through observations, data reviews, staff consultation, and caregiver communication. The manager supervises clinical cases, supports treatment-plan modifications, provides parent training, attends IEP meetings, collaborates with clinical and program leadership, and monitors outcome trends. The role maintains a small to moderate caseload and leads staff development across home, school, community, clinic, and military-base settings.
