Processes multi-state vehicle title, registration, and licensing transactions using online systems. Reviews documentation, resolves basic issues, follows state regulations and compliance procedures, maintains system access and productivity standards, and communicates processing concerns to team members and supervisors. The role requires accuracy, organization, multitasking, confidentiality, and effective use of Microsoft Office in a fast-paced office environment.

Processes vehicle title and registration transactions, including transfers, renewals, initial registrations, and ownership changes. Reviews documents for accuracy and compliance, researches missing information, enters data into multiple systems, maintains records, resolves issues with internal and external partners, and meets production and turnaround expectations while protecting confidential customer information.

Leads monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes; ensures accurate U.S. GAAP financial reporting; provides technical accounting guidance; supports audits, internal controls, consolidated statements, and complex transactions. Partners with Controllers, FP&A, Legal, Tax, Treasury, Operations, and IT to resolve accounting issues, improve processes, optimize systems, and support mergers and acquisitions. Requires CPA certification and substantial corporate accounting experience.
