Provide administrative support to Personal Lines Account Managers by processing client data for new and renewal business, assisting with quotes, endorsements, invoices/payments, certificates of insurance, MVRs, issuing ID cards, entering data into the EPIC agency system, and delivering daily client service.

The Personal Lines Account Executive manages client accounts by marketing new coverage, processing renewals, handling claims, and identifying coverage gaps using technology.

Manage daily servicing of personal lines insurance clients including new business quoting, renewals, endorsements, policy changes, retention, client communication, and problem resolution. Participate in sales and marketing efforts and maintain client relationships while ensuring compliance with agency standards.
