The Commercial Lines Manager oversees operations of the commercial insurance team, ensuring effective client service, revenue growth, and team development while maintaining high service standards.

Provide administrative support to Personal Lines Account Managers by processing client data for new and renewal business, assisting with quotes, endorsements, invoices/payments, certificates of insurance, MVRs, issuing ID cards, entering data into the EPIC agency system, and delivering daily client service.

Support producers in developing and servicing commercial insurance accounts, market new and renewal business, analyze exposures, prepare proposals and applications, negotiate placements with carriers, and provide ongoing client and carrier service and endorsements.
