Teams at ACE Money Transfer

Owns ACE Money Transfer’s global pricing and margin strategy across transaction corridors and payout partners. Leads pricing managers, analysts, and operations; governs margin floors, pricing rules, promotions, competitor positioning, and rate automation. The role is accountable for take rate, transaction economics, consumer fairness, controlled pricing changes, and UK Consumer Duty compliance. It also chairs pricing governance, delivers pricing intelligence, builds the function, and partners with executive, finance, product, and technical teams.

Manages strategic and payout partner relationships, monitors SLA performance, coordinates issue resolution with internal teams, evaluates remittance corridors, supports launches and partnership expansion, and provides performance insights. The role drives partner satisfaction, operational efficiency, compliance awareness, and continuous improvement across the partner ecosystem.

Manages regulatory compliance for a UK payments business by monitoring FCA and other regulatory changes, embedding requirements into business processes, developing policies and procedures, conducting risk-based compliance monitoring, advising stakeholders, delivering training, and tracking remediation. The role partners with Product, Operations, Technology, Marketing, Customer Service, Legal, Compliance Assurance, and senior management to ensure compliance with financial services regulations, including the FCA Handbook, Payment Services Regulations, Money Laundering Regulations, and Consumer Duty.
