Provide executive-level operational and coordination support to the Head of Payments & Banking Infrastructure. Maintain action trackers, follow up on deliverables, prepare meeting materials and CEO reporting, manage calendar and logistics, coordinate with Finance/IT/Legal/Compliance, maintain partner contact logs, and support partner onboarding.

Support global growth by analyzing acquisition funnels, referral and marketing channels, cohort behavior, and product usage. Run A/B tests, build cohorts, maintain KPI dashboards, produce insight reports, and collaborate cross-functionally to optimize acquisition, retention, and CLV.

Design and develop Power BI dashboards and data models, analyse large datasets to generate actionable insights, collaborate with stakeholders, maintain data quality, automate tasks using SQL, Python and Power Automate, and support self-service reporting and advanced analytics use cases.
