Lead backend development of secure, scalable remittance and FinTech systems using Laravel. Architect APIs, integrate payment/KYC/banking services, implement authentication and audit trails, ensure performance for high-volume transactions, and mentor junior developers.

Assist in overseeing the accounts department, ensuring financial reporting accuracy, compliance, and efficiency in financial operations. Support budget preparation and supervise accounting staff while maintaining internal controls and collaborating with auditors.

As a Commercial Analyst, you will analyze costs, revenue leakage, and benchmarking data. You will support renegotiations and build financial models for new partners, while also owning BI dashboard requirements and reporting.
