Own and prioritise EMI product domains (accounts, wallets, cards, payments, controls). Define roadmaps, write PRDs and user stories, lead delivery with engineering and compliance, monitor KPIs, drive commercial improvements, and coach junior product managers while ensuring regulatory and operational compliance.

Support MySQL and MSSQL database environments across dev, staging, and production. Perform installation, configuration, backups, restores, monitoring, basic performance tuning, replication/HA support, security patching, automation scripting, incident triage, and collaborate with devops and infrastructure teams to ensure availability and operational consistency.

Own and improve in-app UX microcopy across sign-up, KYC, send-money and error flows; propose and A/B test copy changes with PMs and designers; ensure plain, compliant financial language; extend voice to marketing and maintain tone guidelines.
