Maintains master data and product catalog information across PCM and SAP, ensuring accuracy, completeness, and consistency. Investigates data errors, develops procedures, trains internal and vendor teams, manages taxonomy, audits item changes, and supports special projects. Responsibilities also include documenting requirements, testing programs in QA and production environments, maintaining event data, and monitoring issue resolution. The role requires strong communication, problem-solving, computer, and product data management skills.

Supervise transportation, dispatch, and logistics operations; lead drivers and team members; monitor DOT compliance, safety, hours of service, and performance; coordinate routes, staffing, assignments, and equipment; resolve customer and operational issues; investigate accidents; analyze KPIs; support emergencies; and drive training, service quality, productivity, and cost improvements.

Supports strategic customer accounts by implementing account initiatives, improving service and revenue processes, resolving escalated issues, coordinating cross-functional communication, analyzing reports, and training internal teams and customers on systems and procedures. The role partners with Territory and Key Account Managers and serves as a primary contact for customer stakeholders. It requires frequent on-site work in Oak Brook, Illinois, at least four days per week.
