Analyze member applications and retailer loan applications, set credit limits, release blocked orders, assess financial risk, manage a multi-million-dollar account portfolio, and establish payment plans for past-due balances. The role requires financial statement analysis, underwriting, risk mitigation, negotiation, communication, and cross-functional collaboration with retailers and internal teams.

Supports sales operations through Salesforce administration, reporting, data governance, pipeline and territory maintenance, KPI analysis, and end-user assistance. Produces recurring dashboards, scorecards, and leadership reports; monitors data quality; supports lead workflows, system enhancements, sales initiatives, meetings, and market programs. Collaborates with sales leaders, field teams, Salesforce administrators, and cross-functional partners to improve sales efficiency and decision-making.

Represents Ace Hardware Home Services across the Dayton region by organizing and staffing community events, building relationships with retail partners and local organizations, increasing brand awareness, generating leads, following up with prospects, and scheduling appointments. The associate collaborates with the sales team, supports regional sales goals, identifies engagement opportunities, and completes event-planning and administrative tasks. Evening and weekend availability is required based on event schedules.
