Overnight warehouse role picking, weighing, packing, labeling, and preparing fresh and frozen seafood for shipment. Coordinate with night crew, ensure order accuracy, maintain cleanliness, follow safety and sanitation protocols, and assist with general warehouse tasks.

Select and palletize customer orders across dry, refrigerated, and freezer areas; operate pallet jacks and powered equipment; load orders, maintain staging areas, follow food safety and safety protocols, perform equipment inspections, and deliver customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Monitor customer accounts and past-due payments, review aging reports, resolve billing and payment discrepancies, negotiate payment plans, escalate delinquent accounts, collaborate with Sales and Finance, and maintain accurate credit records and procedures.

Coordinate and schedule supplier deliveries and backhaul pickups, verify purchase orders, inspect incoming shipments, enter receiving data into inventory systems, resolve discrepancies, and work with warehouse staff and suppliers to ensure timely, accurate receipt and storage of products.
