Assess legacy on-premises infrastructure and design a cloud-native data architecture for AccuWeather For Business. Create current- and target-state designs, modernization roadmaps, sequencing plans, technical specifications, and risk mitigations. Partner with engineering and data teams to implement scalable, secure, resilient backend data systems while maintaining reliable enterprise data delivery. Contribute hands-on code, data models, schemas, capacity estimates, cost analysis, and architecture decisions.

Provides technical support and customer service for approximately 100 AccuWeather TV customers. Troubleshoots software, hardware, configuration, and data issues; manages support cases through resolution; documents incidents; coordinates with developers, sales, and account management; tests software releases; trains customers and staff; and performs occasional installations, demonstrations, and trade-show support. Requires participation in 24/7 on-call coverage and occasional travel.

The General Counsel will lead AccuWeather’s legal function and advise the CEO, board, and business leaders. Responsibilities include commercial contracting, M&A, corporate governance, privacy, cybersecurity, AI governance, IP protection, litigation, regulatory compliance, legal operations, and outside counsel management. The role will modernize legal workflows through AI adoption, oversee legal staff and budgets, and support the company’s digital media, data, broadcast, and OTT businesses.
