The Manager of Government Affairs will act as a liaison to Congress, engage with federal agencies, and partner with weather enterprises to influence policy and build relationships in the weather industry.

Senior Chief of Staff / Executive Operations Director supporting the Founder & Executive Chair. Own executive calendar and correspondence, prepare meetings, manage CRM and travel, lead the executive support team, run day-to-day office operations, and drive strategic projects. Convert executive insights into prioritized initiatives, coordinate across sales/marketing/product/tech, draft executive communications, and build AI-enabled systems for knowledge capture, project tracking, and efficiency while maintaining strict confidentiality.

Build, monitor, and maintain data ingestion pipelines and databases (Databricks, Snowflake, SQL Server). Automate collection and monitoring with scripts, administer managed file transfers, create CI/CD and monitoring/alerting, diagnose incidents, and document/runbook operational procedures.
