Provide legal and compliance guidance across U.S. and international operations, focusing on AML/BSA/KYC, OFAC, card brand rules, and the Digital Services Act; develop compliance programs and policies; advise product and business teams; support privacy and data protection; manage vendor contracts, subpoenas, audits, and regulatory inquiries.

Monitor, analyze, and prioritize legislative and regulatory developments across global, federal, and state jurisdictions. Produce concise memos, policy briefs, position statements, and executive summaries. Advise internal stakeholders and support Government Relations by maintaining tracking systems, responding to inquiries, and delivering timely, actionable policy insights to senior leaders.
