Senior Accountant responsible for general ledger activities, reconciliations, accounts payable, month-end close, financial reporting, audit support, and U.S. GAAP compliance. The role owns the Rippling-to-NetSuite accounts payable workflow, troubleshoots integrations, strengthens internal controls, documents procedures, and leads accounting process improvements and automation. It also provides guidance to accounting team members and collaborates cross-functionally to improve transaction accuracy, efficiency, and scalability.

Lead quality assurance for agentic AI platforms, models, and cross-product workflows. Design Python and JavaScript/TypeScript automation frameworks, validate non-deterministic AI outputs, test APIs and agent pipelines, perform performance testing, and build AI evaluation and regression capabilities. Collaborate with Engineering, Product, and Data Science teams to define test strategies, monitor quality metrics, identify scalability risks, and support release readiness.

Manage the full lifecycle of federal government contracts, including proposals, negotiations, awards, modifications, administration, compliance, and closeout. Negotiate NDAs, teaming agreements, subcontracts, vendor agreements, and customer contracts while identifying risks and supporting mitigation. Partner with Legal, Finance, Sales, Business Development, and program teams on complex bids, regulatory requirements, disputes, and contract strategy. Establish contract processes, support compliance with federal acquisition requirements, advise leadership, and mentor contracts personnel.
