Manage People Operations infrastructure, including benefits administration, employment compliance, HRIS data, employee lifecycle processes, policies, records, reporting, and leave administration. Partner with legal, finance, payroll, brokers, and employees to ensure accurate, compliant, and efficient people programs. Support audits, open enrollment, onboarding, offboarding, accommodations, and process improvements in a fast-growing organization.

Conduct applied research and develop scalable systems for dynamic context graphs, knowledge representation, graph machine learning, information extraction, retrieval, and LLM-based reasoning. Build methods for entity and relationship resolution, temporal reasoning, provenance, uncertainty, and agentic workflows. Design evaluation benchmarks for graph quality and reasoning reliability, prototype systems with engineering teams, and contribute through publications, patents, technical strategy, and mentorship.

Lead architecture and hands-on development of Accrete’s AI Platform across frontend, backend, infrastructure, and platform services. Build scalable APIs, AI agent orchestration infrastructure, developer tools, data integrations, and production AI/ML systems. Drive technical direction, reliability, security, performance, observability, and cloud-native operations while mentoring engineers and owning initiatives from architecture through deployment and iteration.
