Manage daily accounting operations including purchase/sales/bank/voucher entries, journal entries, bank reconciliations, government and MIS billing, data entry, and maintaining financial records using TallyPrime and Excel. Coordinate with internal teams and support internal reporting.

Manage and scale a Category III AIF long-short equity fund through portfolio construction, trade execution, derivatives-based hedging, risk monitoring, investor reporting, NAV coordination, and regulatory compliance with SEBI AIF rules. Provide research-driven investment ideas and support audits, investor communications, and operational oversight.

Lead end-to-end accounting and month-end close, prepare financial statements, cash flow, budgets and variance analysis, ensure GST/TDS statutory compliance, use Tally and Excel for reporting, and provide financial insights while guiding the accounting team.
