Own finance, statutory compliance, treasury, fund flows, and transaction structuring across the parent company and renewable energy project SPVs. Responsibilities include accounting, tax and Companies Act compliance, monthly close, audits, lender disbursements, equity infusions, debt covenants, financial modeling, cap table analysis, fundraising support, investor diligence, and project finance coordination. The role will build scalable finance processes and may grow into leading the finance function.

Enter and update daily sales, purchase, stock, and business records in Tally and company systems. Maintain spreadsheets, documentation, and data files; verify accuracy and correct basic errors. Support the accounts and office teams with routine data-related tasks while maintaining accurate records.

Process bills, invoices, vendor payments, and purchase and sales entries. Record sales, purchase, and bank transactions; handle GST and TDS workings and compliance; perform basic reconciliations and data entry; and support daily accounting operations and finalization activities.
