Enter and update daily sales, purchase, stock, and business records in Tally and company systems. Maintain spreadsheets, documentation, and data files; verify accuracy and correct basic errors. Support the accounts and office teams with routine data-related tasks while maintaining accurate records.

Process bills, invoices, vendor payments, and purchase and sales entries. Record sales, purchase, and bank transactions; handle GST and TDS workings and compliance; perform basic reconciliations and data entry; and support daily accounting operations and finalization activities.

Handles routine accounting activities, including purchase, sales, and bank entries; maintains ledgers, invoices, bills, and supporting records. The role requires accurate and timely transaction entry, coordination with the Accounts Manager, and adherence to accounting processes. This fully remote position requires QuickBooks expertise, prior work-from-home experience, reliable equipment and internet, strong English communication, and the ability to work independently.
