Responsibilities include prospecting, closing new deposit relationships, identifying treasury opportunities, presenting proposals, negotiating pricing, growing existing balances, monitoring retention, maintaining CRM pipelines, and partnering with banking teams. The role requires knowledge of cash management products, deposit regulations, financial analysis, BSA/AML, and consultative selling, along with community networking and client visits.
