The intern collaborates with regional teams, internal stakeholders, and creative agencies while preparing presentations and marketing materials.

Lead end-to-end machine learning, generative AI, agentic AI, and LLM initiatives from problem framing through deployment and continuous improvement. Define Accor’s AI architecture, establish practices for prompt engineering, evaluation, MLOps, and documentation, and collaborate with Data, Platform, and Product teams to industrialize reliable solutions. Mentor engineering and data communities, monitor emerging technologies, and lead proof-of-concept evaluations of new models, tools, and frameworks.

Oversee daily lounge food and beverage operations, service quality, staffing, rostering, training, inventory, hygiene compliance, lounge readiness, guest issue resolution, vendor coordination, audits, and operational improvements. The role leads and develops team members while maintaining luxury hospitality standards, regulatory compliance, productivity, and an exceptional guest experience across lounge operations.
