Accor Benefits Overview

Leads sales and distribution strategy for Accor’s Luxury & Lifestyle and PME segments across India and South Asia. Owns Luxury & Lifestyle performance, oversees PME alignment, develops sales plans, manages strategic luxury travel, MICE, wedding, and key accounts, coordinates hotel and commercial teams, monitors revenue and pipeline performance, manages budgets, and reports results to regional and global leadership.

Supports Orient Express sales activities by coordinating events, trade shows, and roadshows; assisting product promotion, stakeholder communications, marketing activities, website updates, training tools, and quarterly sales reporting. The intern develops expertise in Orient Express products, the travel industry, and Accor sales resources while supporting product and central sales teams.

Supports the employee lifecycle, including onboarding, contracts, right-to-work checks, probation, payroll changes, benefits, leavers, HR records, reporting, and employee relations. Advises employees and managers on people processes, absence, performance, and policy matters while coordinating investigations and documentation. Also supports training, engagement initiatives, people projects, and compliance activities, maintaining accurate data and handling sensitive information confidentially.
