Manage full life-cycle recruiting for assigned regions: source passive and active candidates (especially technical sales/engineering), build pipelines, partner with hiring managers, manage ATS, track recruiting metrics, train on interviewing/ATS, and support employer branding and sourcing strategies.

Drive business development and regional revenue by prospecting and converting clients, lead full-cycle project pursuit and delivery, develop bid strategies, optimize assignments of Project Managers/Engineers, mentor and develop PM staff, and monitor market opportunities and competitor activity.

Lead and supervise 2–6 HVAC-R service technicians, provide technical backup, schedule and QA/QC jobs, enforce safety and company policies, coordinate with dispatch and departments, counsel technicians, and ensure timely completion of repairs, installations, and maintenance while protecting company financial interests.
