Manage full life-cycle recruiting for assigned regions: source passive and active candidates (especially technical sales/engineering), build pipelines, partner with hiring managers, manage ATS, track recruiting metrics, train on interviewing/ATS, and support employer branding and sourcing strategies.

Lead project controls for construction projects: manage cost control, budgeting, billing/collections, accounts payable support, schedule management (Primavera), KPI/EVM reporting, cash flow forecasting, and coordination with PMs, GCs, field teams, procurement, and clients to ensure accurate forecasting, timely billing, and compliance.

Lead design, configuration, testing, release and support of Oracle Cloud HCM modules. Partner with HR, payroll, security, integrations and IT teams to translate business requirements into scalable solutions, handle data conversions/integrations, manage quarterly updates, mentor junior analysts, and provide production support and troubleshooting across HCM functionality and reporting.
