Manage full life-cycle recruiting for assigned regions: source passive and active candidates (especially technical sales/engineering), build pipelines, partner with hiring managers, manage ATS, track recruiting metrics, train on interviewing/ATS, and support employer branding and sourcing strategies.

Lead business development and full-cycle project management for large HVAC and mechanical construction projects. Develop bid strategies, grow regional revenue, assign and mentor Project Managers/Engineers, cultivate client relationships, and ensure projects from sales through completion meet budget, scheduling, and quality objectives.

Lead end-to-end HVAC projects, serve as primary client liaison, perform pre-construction estimating and proposals, coordinate internal teams, supervise field installation and labor, manage budgets/job-costs/documentation, and mentor sales staff.
