Perform post-editing of AI-generated Icelandic content and occasional human translation for IT and software localization projects. Review translations for accuracy, fluency, consistency, naturalness, grammar, style, and terminology while following project guidelines. Work independently, maintain quality across large content volumes, and meet deadlines using CAT tools and localization workflows.

Supports localization project and program delivery across clients, markets, and content types. Responsibilities include coordinating workflows, maintaining project data, preparing instructions and documentation, tracking milestones, coordinating vendors and linguists, supporting invoicing and reporting, assisting with quality checks, triaging issues, and helping with client communications. The role requires strong organization, attention to detail, English communication, technology comfort, and the ability to manage multiple priorities across teams and time zones.

Lead complex commercial contract negotiations, drafting, review, execution, and escalation management. Own contract governance, templates, playbooks, approval frameworks, CLM adoption, reporting, risk management, and process improvement. Partner with Finance, Legal, Sales, Operations, Technology, and senior leadership on strategic agreements, mergers and acquisitions, technology licensing, data privacy, and commercial initiatives. Provide expert guidance on contract strategy, interpretation, compliance, and commercially sound risk decisions in a global environment.
