Write, edit, and research compelling grant proposals, reports, and donor materials; perform prospect research; coordinate with program staff to track outcomes; manage grant deadlines and administrative fundraising systems.

Serve as a Tier 2 incident responder supporting a global Helpline: analyze incidents (compromise, malware, phishing, data leak), preserve forensic evidence, correlate data, produce threat intelligence, escalate technical cases, build workflows, support onboarding and training of Tier 1 handlers, and collaborate with CSIRTs and civil society to mitigate digital security incidents.
