Lead and evolve brand creative across channels from concept through execution. Manage internal and external designers, oversee photography/video, ensure brand consistency, and deliver high-quality, on-brand marketing assets while adopting new design technologies.

Lead and conduct qualitative and quantitative research and program evaluation for legal education initiatives; manage data collection, cleaning, and analysis; produce reports, tables, and visualizations; advise colleagues and stakeholders on research design and interpretation; support LexScholars program administration and maintain research repositories; present findings and assist with research tool development.

Supervise day-to-day accounting operations including reconciliations, AP/AR, treasury, payroll support, fixed assets, and financial reporting. Review staff work, mentor accountants, support audits, tax compliance, budgeting and forecasting, ensure GAAP compliance and internal controls, and lead process improvements in a hybrid remote environment.
