Oversee end-to-end commercial contracting and client onboarding for new engagements. Manage contract reviews, negotiations, approvals, procurement documentation, due diligence, purchase orders, client portals, project handoffs, governance reporting, risk escalation, and process improvements. Partner with Business Development, Finance, Legal, Compliance, PMO, and Practices to ensure engagements launch smoothly with viable commercial terms and controlled risk.

Part-time senior advisor providing strategic regulatory and policy advice across Asia-Pacific on spectrum, satellite and telecom matters. Support national and regional WRC preparations, stakeholder engagement with governments and regulators, advocacy in regional and multilateral fora, meeting participation, policy analysis, briefing materials, and capacity-building opportunities.

Own revenue recognition and reporting, produce monthly management accounts, support budgeting and forecasting, perform balance sheet reconciliations (accrued/deferred income), post project cost journals, reconcile payroll accruals, provide NetSuite and Power BI support, business partner with stakeholders, and prepare audit schedules.

Lead regulatory market access and compliance for satellite, space and telecommunications clients. Engage regulators and EU institutions, manage licences and permits, shape policy, lead client relationships, drive business development, and deliver projects on time and on budget while producing policy analysis and advocacy materials.

Provide part-time strategic advice on European telecommunications, spectrum and satellite policy. Leverage relationships with regulators, ministries, and regional bodies (CEPT, CPG, ITU-R) to support advocacy, stakeholder engagement, meeting participation (WRCs and preparatory forums), policy analysis, briefing materials, and capacity-building opportunities.

Support client work in Thailand by conducting policy research, drafting memos/briefings/presentations, media monitoring, meeting minutes, and managing content. Build relationships with government, industry, media and civil society while providing operational and administrative support.
