Lead the regional Customer Success organisation for SBD, overseeing Professional Services, CSM, support and renewals. Drive customer-centric strategy, partner with Product/Engineering/Sales, implement AI/digital-enabled support, scale teams across regions, and deliver retention, expansion, and operational efficiency metrics (GRR, NRR, CSAT, TTV, NPS).

Sell and cross-sell CRM solutions to recruitment agencies: prospect new business, manage pipeline in CRM, build sector networks, work with pre-sales to deliver tailored software demonstrations, and take a consultative approach to improve agency candidate and client management.
