Lead global OEM business development and partnerships: coordinate integrations, develop strategic OEM plans, align internal teams, support OEM-targeted marketing and sales, analyze market opportunities, and manage partner relationships while upholding company policies and culture.

Provide post-sales first-line technical and customer support for hardware and software products via phone, email, and chat. Troubleshoot connectivity, OS, printers, and applications; manage ticket queues; escalate to second-line; create training materials and documentation; attend workshops and occasionally work after-hours or travel.

Manage day-to-day people operations, onboarding/offboarding, recruiting coordination, HR administration, payroll support, benefits and leave coordination, employee engagement, compliance tracking, training coordination, and organizational communication to support a positive employee experience and consistent People & Culture operations across the company.
