Manages epidemiology, research, evaluation, and data projects, including study planning, surveys, data collection, analysis, visualization, reporting, and process improvement. Maintains data systems, documentation, dictionaries, codebooks, and quality controls using tools such as REDCap, R, SPSS, SAS, Power BI, and Epic. Collaborates with researchers, analysts, health information staff, funders, and stakeholders while ensuring compliance with human-subjects research, PHI, and HIPAA requirements.

Senior Accountant responsible for month-, quarter-, and year-end close; journal entries; reconciliations; financial analysis; budgeting; forecasting; cash management; audit support; compliance; internal controls; and financial reporting. The role supervises junior accounting staff, partners with department leaders, and improves processes through automation, data analytics, and AI-enabled tools. A bachelor’s degree in accounting, five years of progressive experience, and three years of supervisory experience are required.

The Vice President of Finance oversees ACCESS’s financial operations, including budgeting, forecasting, accounting, cash management, purchasing, grants, 340B, and financial reporting. The role develops internal controls, ensures regulatory compliance, supports revenue cycle and managed care operations, evaluates strategic investments, and leads financial planning and cost management. This executive also manages and develops the finance team while partnering with senior leadership on organizational strategy and sustainability.
