Processes and reviews financial transactions, posts entries, performs account reconciliations, maintains vendor and employee records, prepares reports, monitors variances, maintains documentation, and completes Medicaid and behavioral insurance billing. The role requires advanced spreadsheet and database skills, accurate independent work, collaboration, communication, and the ability to support and train other Finance team members.

Manages the college-to-career internship program by building college partnerships, recruiting and interviewing interns, coordinating onboarding and orientations, conducting evaluations and exit interviews, and overseeing related scholarships, tuition reimbursement, career fairs, newsletters, and student loan relief initiatives.

Provides administrative and program support by answering calls, assisting staff and clients, scheduling medical appointments, entering data into EHR systems, maintaining records, processing payments, ordering supplies, preparing reports, and supporting client intake and enrollment. Requires strong organization, multitasking, communication, customer service, and problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment.
